Refund Policy

Territory purchases are not automatically refunded when a territory is later conquered by another user — that conquest is a normal, expected outcome of the promotional / positioning system, not a service failure.

Refund requests for payment errors or unauthorized charges will be handled manually by the FANDOMIA team once real payments are enabled in a later phase.
