Terms of Service

FANDOMIA lets users claim promotional / positioning territories on independent, category-specific world maps. Claiming a territory is not a financial investment and does not grant any ownership right beyond the display of the buyer's chosen branding on that territory.

There is no money transfer between users. When a territory is conquered by a new owner, the previous owner does not receive any payment. All payments are made to FANDOMIA.

FANDOMIA does not automatically imply official affiliation between a territory's owner and the celebrity, artist, group, franchise, brand or company it represents.
